THE ITEM
This stunning piece is all about the form and the glaze, both of which speak volumes about the craftsmanship and skill in creating this piece.
The pale turquoise crystalline areas are bordered with a grey green metallic lustre overlaying a soft lemon yellow glossy underglaze. The glaze sits on a slender Solifleur bud vase shaped body, with subtly organic, graceful ridges and curves of the art nouveau influences gracing the bulb of the vase.
The vase is inscribed on its base with the model number, Pierrefonds mark and coat of arms insignia.
