Where do you deliver, how much will it cost and how long will it take?
We offer standard domestic shipping within the UK and standard international shipping to all other countries. Shipping costs will vary according to weight and country, for more detailed information, please email us at: Support@HauteCurature.com
 
Payment, Tax & VAT
Payment will be made in GBP. International credit card providers or banks (excluding UK or EU) will determine the exchange rate, and may add an additional processing or administration charge which the cardholder will be liable to pay.
 
All product prices shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. This means that the total price you pay for the product is always the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT is chargeable on our sale of the product.
 
Customers may be contacted by couriers for additional customs information.
For those customers wishing to claim back VAT on orders outside of the EU, unfortunately we do not refund any VAT requests.
 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards and Paypal. We're also working on accepting Bitcoin and will announce when this service becomes available. 
 
The item received didn't match the description / the item is damaged or defective - who can help me with this?
We're sorry if the item received was inaccurately described or damaged or defective and we would very much appreciate the opportunity to help you, please contact Support@HauteCurature.com quoting your order number and item details.
 
I've ordered the wrong item, can I amend my order?
We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to amend your order after the item has been shipped. If the item has yet to be shipped, we would recommend canceling the order for the item and placing a new order. You can also return any items you don’t want; find out how on the Refunds and Returns Policy page. In all instances, please contact us Support@HauteCurature.com as soon as possible.
 
How do I cancel my order?
We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, however, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped, otherwise you will need to arrange for your order to be returned before we can refund any payments made. Please note that this right to cancel is additional to your other statutory rights as a consumer and our standard Refunds and Returns Policy.
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not a business and you are not purchasing products from us for purposes which are wholly or mainly in connection with any business you may have or trade you run), you have the right to cancel the contract formed with us when you purchased products on the site.
