THE ITEM
This superb work of Danish Mid Century Modern design stays true to the Modernist design principle of providing an honest and beautiful expression to the natural materials.
Crafted from a single piece of Cherry wood, the ball form is superbly balanced and beautifully polished to highlight the woodgrain. In addition to its elegant form, the vase also features a rare decor of intricate Leopardwood which has been seamlessly inlaid at the 'neck' and 'clavicle'.
The design of this piece makes it versatile for display on its own or with a single bloom as a Soliflor and could suit a space with decor themes of Modernist, Retro or even Industrial.
