THE ITEM
This charming boho piece is handmade, from the cage to the handblown blue glass within it, the glass is inseparably handblown into the cage and comes through the rails as bubble segments.
This style of caging glass was a popular Murano technique, however, this particular piece is not attributed to Murano.
Suitable for its original function as a candle holder or alternately, as a small succulent planter.
CONDITION
Very Good. No chips, cracks or repairs to the glass. There is natural wear and patina to the cage that is commensurable with the age of the piece. Please refer to photos as they form part of the condition report.
